You can check in at the establishment between 5pm and 10pm, with some degree of flexibility. If you plan your arrival prior to or after this time, please let us know so that we can try to accommodate you at the time you wish to arrive. A surcharge will be charged for check-ins after 10pm. We withhold a deposit of €150 per house that will be returned in full, three days after departure, in case there is no type of damage in the house. For the deposit we request a card number where the retention is made and it is released once it has been verified that there are no damages.
The customer must pay at the time of receiving the bill. The submission of any complaint shall not exempt the customer from paying the above under any circumstance. Personal cheques are not accepted. A surcharge will be charged for check-ins after 10pm. Please consult.
Rooms must be vacated prior to midday on the day of check-out. If you wish to check out prior to 8am, please notify us the day prior to the same.
CHECKOUTS AFTER 12:00 HRS AND MAXIMUM TO 17:00 HRS HAVE AN EXTRA CHARGE. PLEASE CONSULT.
In case of cancellation, a series of expenses will be applied depending on the advance notice given. All expenses derived from it will be borne by the client.
In the case of cancellation of the reservation with less than 30 days in advance, the reservation deposit will be lost:

In the case of canceling the reservation on the Bridge of August 15, Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter, the deposit paid for the reservation will not be refundable if the cancellation is not made at least 60 days in advance.
You can avail of complimentary breakfast and room cleaning services.
Extra beds or cots can be provided in different rooms if requested in advance, subject to an additional cost.
Security and number and identification of customers
For security and protection reasons, anyone not registered at the Country House is not allowed to visit the facilities or use its rooms. Failure to comply with this regulation shall entitle the owner to take any action it deems appropriate, including eviction.
Any violation of the aforementioned obligations will entitle the owner at its sole discretion, to request the customer to vacate the property, without the customer having any right to compensation of any kind.
Behaviour
The customer signing the check-in form is responsible for the proper behaviour of all his/her accompanying guests.
If he/she or any of the other guests fail to behave properly and responsibly, the owner is authorised to request the customer and his/her guests to immediately vacate the establishment without the customer having any right to any type of compensation.
Clients are responsible for keeping the house properly closed in their absence, avoiding the entry of outside persons of any kind.
Responsibility
The establishment shall not be liable to any customer for any loss, damage or cancellation or any additional expense suffered by the customer, or any cause beyond the control of the owner.
While the owner is not responsible for any lost or forgotten objects, the owner will be happy to send it to the address provided using a pay on delivery shipping methods, if they are found on the establishment during cleaning etc.
Utensils, bed linen, blankets, etc., may not be removed or taken outside of the establishment.
Customers are responsible for the proper use of the facilities, and any damage caused will be charged to the customer's account. If there is any evidence of vandalism or reckless use of the same, the owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time, and the guests must leave the premises immediately.
The customer will be responsible for any damages caused by negligence or misuse and the costs of replacement of the same.
No activities that are hazardous, harmful, illegal, or disruptive to other guests are allowed.
The owner would appreciate any suggestions you might have to ensure a more pleasant stay in the future.
Smoking is prohibited inside the houses. In case of breach of this rule, € 50 will be retained for cleaning curtains and textiles inside the house.
Outside the houses we have placed containers intended as ashtrays. Customers should use them and not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
Please notify us of any shortcomings soon as possible and during your stay.

Cleaning
The house is for full rental, therefore, it will be delivered completely clean and no cleaning will be done for the duration of the stay. When leaving, clients must leave the house clean.
Complete kitchen equipment is provided: dishes, cookware, glassware, cutlery and kitchen utensils. They must be left clean and correctly placed, each one in its corresponding place.
Garbage should be deposited in the relevant containers located on the property.
Do not throw down the drain: oils, plastics, food scraps, etc.
The garden will be kept perfectly clean, without throwing cigarette butts, papers, etc., and the plants that are in it will be respected. Pet owners must collect their droppings.
A cleaning supplement of 50€ will be charged for non-compliance with the cleaning and maintenance rules.
Heating
The heating system consists of a pellet boiler that will keep the whole house warm through radiators. Its operation is automatic by means of a thermostat, maintaining a temperature not higher than 21º. Any manipulation of the thermostat must be done following the instructions of the owner, never changing the thermostat from the location in which it is located.
There is an operating manual for all the household appliances and devices for their proper operation.
The lights in any of the rooms that are not used must be turned off in order to promote energy savings.
The accommodation and other services will be available for the time agreed between the establishment and the customer. Any extension or reduction of the stay period already agreed must be checked with the owner.
Use of the chimney stove
The chimney stove is designed to be used with caution and always under the control of adults. Leave the chimney stove lit at night or when there is nobody present represents a serious danger of fire.
Please note that we will provide you with a free load of wood but any replacement will be charged as of 10€ per 20kg.
Barbecues
The Regulations of the Local Government of Castilla La Mancha prohibit open fire, including on private properties and in urban areas, between 1 June and 30 September of each year, which may be extended, depending on the weather. Check with the owner is you would like to do a barbeque.
The property has gas barbecue. Barbecues must be cleaned after use. Leaving the barbecue dirty will carry a penalty of 20€ per barbecue.
Pets
Please note that we do not initially accept pets but we could accept upon request under certain conditions and following a few rules: the pets cannot go into the rooms upstairs or in the sofas, pet owners must collect their droppings and the deposit of 150€ for eventual damages will be increased in 100€. The deposit will be refunded in full if there is no damage to the house.
