We hereby inform you of the prevention measures we have undertaken and the recommendations to be followed by our customers.

1. STAFF

Our staff has been provided with adequate cleaning, disinfection and protection material and we have instructed them in order to avoid direct contact with the customer, adopting good practices in order to prevent covid-19 contagions.

2. CLEANING

We clean the houses with the appropriate cleaning and disinfection products. The houses have been perfectly ventilated and disinfected to make your stay safe. We have taken special care in disinfecting knobs, handles, taps and places and objects that may have been specially handled. The common areas are cleaned and disinfected before the arrival of each group of clients. We proceed to disinfect the access keys to the house between one group of clients and another.

3. CUSTOMER SAFETY

We have marked the safety distance in the customer reception area.

We have provided each house with hydroalcoholic solution and / or disinfectant for customers use.

In the common areas we have assigned the areas for the use of each house with indications so that the clients only use the zones that have been assigned to them and avoid the proximity of some clients with others. We ask customers to respect the use of safety zones and distances.

We have separated the pool loungers into two groups and two different areas (assigning one area to each house) with the distance of 2m between them. We ask customers to respect the use of safety zones and distances.

4. INFORMATION IN DIGITAL FORMAT

We have information about tourist services and resources in our region which we can provide you in digital format, to avoid contact with physical materials.

5. INFORMATION FOR CUSTOMERS

The main symptoms of Covid-19 are cough, fever, respiratory difficulty and headache and muscle pain in some cases. Clients are requested to contact the nearest health centres or hospitals if you notice any symptoms compatible with the Covid-19.
